What a request desk actually does

Three ways this site is different from a transit-authority portal or a full-service app.

The word "portal" implies an account, a dashboard, notifications, and a long product roadmap. A request desk is smaller than that on purpose.

One form, then a hand-off

The homepage does not ask for a card number. When you are ready, you open a single form and fill three fields — that is the entire request. HafilatPass then hands the request to our billing partner, and payment is completed on their page.

No account to keep alive

There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to, and no dashboard to check. If you liked the process, come back next time. If you didn't, close the tab.

Card data lives with the processor

HafilatPass never sees your card details — they are entered on the processor's PCI-DSS page. On our side, the request data (serial, amount, email) is passed through and not kept once the top-up completes.
