What we collect
- Card serial — the 16-digit number on your Hafilat card. Passed to the processor together with your request; not stored on this site after handoff.
- Amount in AED for the request.
- Email for the receipt.
Payment card details are entered on the processor's secure page. We do not see them.

How long we keep it
Request data is retained for the shortest period needed to complete the top-up and any refund follow-up — typically no longer than 30 days. Financial records required by UAE law are kept as required by that law.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to legal@hafilatpass.com with the request reference.
