What HafilatPass is
HafilatPass is an independent request desk that helps riders in Abu Dhabi send top-up requests for their Hafilat bus card. Payment is completed on a separate secure billing page provided by our payment processor. HafilatPass is not the card issuer or a government portal.
Using the service
You may use HafilatPass to top up your own Hafilat card, or one you are permitted to reload. Do not send fraudulent requests. We may refuse or reverse requests that appear abusive, and we may decline future requests from the same account without notice.
Payments
All payments are handled by our processor on their secure billing page. We do not store card numbers on this site. Currency is UAE dirham (AED). Amounts must be between AED 10 and 500 per request.
Availability
The desk is monitored Sun–Thu, 09:00–18:00 GST. Payment processing runs 24/7 through our processor. From time to time we may pause new requests for short maintenance windows.
Limitation
HafilatPass is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the amount of the request you sent through this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Abu Dhabi.
