1 · Open the top-up form
From any page, tap Top up in the header. The form has three inputs: your Hafilat card serial, an amount in AED, and an email for the receipt.
2 · Enter your card serial
The serial is a 16-digit number on the back of your physical Hafilat card. Type it in and the form will space it into four readable groups of four.
3 · Pick an amount between AED 10 and 500
Presets (20, 30, 50, 100, 150) are shortcuts. To reload a different figure, type it in the custom-amount box. Requests below AED 10 or above 500 are not accepted.
4 · Share an email for the receipt
The processor sends a receipt to this address after payment clears. We do not add you to a mailing list.
5 · Continue to secure payment
Tapping Continue hands the request to our billing partner. Their page is where you enter card details and confirm the payment. HafilatPass does not see or store your card number.
6 · Wait for the balance to reflect
Most top-ups apply to the Hafilat network within a few minutes. Your card will show the new balance on the next tap-in at any bus reader.
