Bus card top-ups without the clutter — you pay on our secure billing page next step.
Abu Dhabi · Hafilat bus card

Your pass to easy Hafilat top-ups.

HafilatPass is a small request desk that helps Abu Dhabi bus riders reload their card without opening an account. One short form, one secure payment step, no cluttered dashboard.

  • AED 10–500Per top-up range
  • Sun–Thu09:00–18:00 GST
  • 1 formThen secure billing
How it works

Three unhurried steps to reload your card.

The homepage never asks for a card number. When you are ready, open the top-up form — everything else lives on the next page.

1

Open the top-up form

Have your 16-digit Hafilat serial ready — it is printed on the back of the card.

2

Pick an amount

Between AED 10 and 500. Use a preset shortcut, or type a custom figure.

3

Pay on secure billing

You continue to our payment processor and finish there. A receipt goes to your email.

Why a desk, not a portal

Small, calm, one-purpose service.

We do one job — a request desk between an Abu Dhabi rider and the payment processor. There is no account to keep alive, no push notifications, no upsells.

Top up in one form

Card number, amount, email. That is the entire request — no profile to complete.

Sample balance check

An optional tool that returns the same demo amount for every input, so you can see the layout without touching real data.

Payment on a secure page

You pay by card on our billing partner's page. This site does not process card numbers.

Human email support

A small team in Abu Dhabi answers on weekdays. Reach out at any point of the request.

Made for the city

Built for Abu Dhabi bus riders — no other city.

Our service area is the emirate of Abu Dhabi. If you are riding the RTA network in Dubai, the Nol card requires a different partner and processor — you can safely close this tab.

  • Corniche and city routes covered by the transit authority
  • Suburban lines to Al Ain and Al Dhafra
  • Requests are stored only for as long as your top-up takes to complete
Common questions

A quick look at what most riders ask.

Is HafilatPass run by the transit authority?

No. HafilatPass is an independent request desk. We help you send a top-up request; the payment is completed on our processor's secure billing page.

What do I need to start a top-up?

Just your 16-digit Hafilat card serial, an amount between AED 10 and 500, and an email for the receipt.

How long does a top-up take?

Most requests complete in a few minutes after payment. Balances usually reflect on your next tap-in.

Can I pay by wallet or bank transfer?

Not for now. Our billing partner accepts card payments only. See the FAQ for full details.
